I love my Spanish classes with Javier! He is super friendly and creates a comfortable environment where I get plenty of opportunities to speak. He explains things clearly in English when needed, but he also encourages me to listen and understand Spanish as much as possible, which has really helped improve my comprehension. I can feel my progress every week, and I’m so happy with how much I’ve learned. Highly recommend Javier to anyone looking to improve their Spanish in a supportive and engaging way!

Professor Diana is a great teacher! She explains grammar and vocabulary very well, is attentive and created a lesson plan tailored to my level. I am excited to advance my Spanish skills with her!

Edna takes the time to define the spanish word and how it is used. She gives examples of how the word is used in the spanish language and also takes the time to search for the word on the internet to show you pictures to help you better understand. She also has you read back the paragraph and helps with the correct pronunciation of the word. I would highly recommend Edna as a tutuor.

I really enjoyed my lesson with Elias. I have taken different Spanish lessons (online and offline) before, so I have some basic knowledge about the language, and of course a lot to learn as well. I had a grammatical question which I thought it's so confusing to me and Elias spotted it and he explained to me clearly, he helped me to understand it. He was very patient, smiling and encouraging during the class, so I feel very comfortable learning with him and free to ask anything. Also I love the materials that he uses for teaching. It's very simple, direct and easy to understand. In the end he also left me a cute Spanish song to learn as a homework. Looking forward to our next lesson! 😊😊

I have been working with Ana for awhile and she is an amazing teacher! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and funny. I appreciate the balance between reading, writing and speaking that I get with her lessons.

I learned about pronouns from the class, and Javier was able to tell me that some Spanish-speaking countries have their own preference to use tu, vos, ustedes, and vosotros/as. I even got to know a new country in Africa, Equatorial Guinea, where people speak Spanish. Interesting!

I had another great lesson with Claudia today! We focused a lot on past tenses, which was really helpful for improving my understanding. She explained everything clearly and gave me plenty of practice to reinforce the concepts. After that, we did a listening activity, which was a great challenge. It really pushed me to pick up on details and understand Spanish in a more natural context. To finish, we had a conversation, which helped me apply everything I learned and improve my speaking fluency. Overall, it was a very productive lesson, and I feel like I’m making solid progress. Looking forward to the next one!

Ado is such a professional teacher! With his years of experience of teaching Spanish proves that he can not only drag new beginners into Spanish, but also help advanced students overpass their limits. It was lucky that I found him at once! :)

Ado is a brilliant teacher and he gives me a lot of opportunities to speak and practice. He is really organized and provides notes after the class so that I can always re-visit what I've learnt from the previous lesson. He also learns other languages so that he can understand how challenging it could be when we learn a new language. The learning is systematic and consistent! I really enjoy his lessons!

Today, we discussed social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter, and we learned about Spanish verbs (specifically verbs with or without se). Claudia explained them very well, even though they are quite difficult. I always get confused about them. Next time, she will delve into the topic that I am looking forward to it very much! An important thing is that Claudia gave me homework. Because I’m a lazy person so I need some pressure from my teacher. THANK YOU CLAUDIA!

Flora is such a great teacher! She provides clear and comprehensible notes, gives thorough explanation and leaves a small portion of homework for reviewing what we have learned in class. The class atmosphere is relaxed yet focused.

Today was my very first Spanish group class. Celeste was very nice and made sure everyone had a chance to share. We answered fun questions about the new year. I learned about pasteles de arroz that are like a sweet dessert and danza de león a traditional dance with a lion costume. It was interesting to learn new things and meet new friends.
