I have been thinking what kind of life people should live and worth to live. I am happy you show me lots great experiences in life whatever the learnings or life style you have. One thing I think that maybe helpful for recording is to look the self in mirrors and talk to the self. It may be weird at the first, but it's a way to know the self more. I think why people is getting nervous is because they don't get used to listening to their voice. Talking to the self to be given courages will also power the self. That's what I would do when facing the challenges.
